RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy . This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return conditions

For your return to be accepted, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as when received,

  • be unworn and unused,

  • all labels included and returned in the original packaging.

Items with missing or removed tags cannot be returned and will be returned to you at your own expense.

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please include your order number and the keyword "Return" in the subject line of your email. We reserve the right to request a proof of purchase or an invoice .

Important:

Who bears the return costs?

The customer bears the return costs.
To simplify your return process, we offer the following return options:

  • Germany: €6 (will be deducted from the refund amount)

  • Europe: €12 (will be deducted from the refund amount)

  • International: Return shipping must be organized by yourself and paid directly to the shipping service provider.

Damaged items or problems with the order

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us immediately if:

  • an item is damaged or defective or

  • you received the wrong item.

We will examine the case as quickly as possible and find a solution together.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

The following items are excluded from returns:

  • Gift cards

The fastest way to get another item is as follows:

  1. Return the existing item

  2. Place a new order once your return has been confirmed

Right of withdrawal for EU orders

For orders within the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies. You can cancel your order within this period without giving any reason.

The return conditions remain unchanged:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice) is required

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days .

A notice:
Any shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes already paid are non-refundable. You can check with your local customs authorities to determine if a refund is possible.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
