SHIPPING & DELIVERY CONDITIONS
These Shipping & Delivery Terms are part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be read in conjunction with them. Please read these policies carefully before placing an order with us. The following terms apply to all orders you place through our website.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer standard shipping as follows:
From March 27, 2025, free worldwide shipping will only apply to orders with a value of €500 or more. For orders below this amount, the following shipping costs apply:

Germany: 5 €

Europe: 10 €
-
International: €20
Please note: All delivery times and dates are based on our best knowledge and belief, but are guidelines only.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU (INCL. NON-EU COUNTRIES IN EUROPE)
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional charges such as customs duties , import taxes , or processing fees may apply. These costs are borne by the customer and are not covered by Noirblanc.
In the event of a return, Noirblanc is not responsible for the reimbursement of any government charges, including import taxes or customs fees. Please contact your local customs office for information on refunding these costs.
DO YOU ALSO DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

Note: Some international deliveries are subject to country-specific regulations or additional fees beyond our control. In such cases, compliance with local regulations and any applicable taxes lies with the customer.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We do not ship to packing stations or PO boxes

Shipping takes place exclusively on working days (Monday–Friday)
WHAT HAPPENS IF DELIVERY IS DELAYED?
If the delivery of your order is delayed, we will notify you immediately and provide you with an updated delivery date.
For EU and UK customers: Your statutory rights remain unaffected. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a delivery cannot be made, for example due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address ,

Failure to collect within the time limit specified by the shipping service provider or

Refusal to accept the shipment,
and the package is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs. These amounts will be deducted from any refund.
